EICR & landlord electrical certificates
An Electrical Installation Condition Report is a formal assessment of a property's electrical installation — wiring, consumer unit, sockets, fittings, earthing and bonding — identifying any defects or anything that falls short of current safety standards.
Every observation is classified so you know exactly where you stand: C1 (danger present), C2 (potential danger), C3 (improvement recommended) and FI (further investigation required). We cover private landlords, HMOs, portfolios and commercial premises.
You're compliant
The installation is in a safe condition. You receive your certificate and you're good for up to 5 years.
We'll fix it
Defects are found and remedial work is required. We quote it clearly, carry it out, then re-inspect and issue a satisfactory certificate.
