EICR London — Electrical Inspection Condition Reports
Landlord electrical safety certificates across every London borough. We inspect, certify, and issue your report the same day — ready for your letting agent, managing agent or local authority.
What is an EICR?
An Electrical Installation Condition Report is a formal assessment of the electrical installation within a property. It checks the condition of wiring, consumer units, sockets, light fittings, earthing and bonding — and identifies any defects or areas that fall short of current safety standards.
Every observation is classified so you know exactly where you stand: C1 (danger present), C2 (potential danger), C3 (improvement recommended) and FI (further investigation required).
You're compliant
The installation is in a safe condition. You receive your certificate and you're good for up to 5 years.
We'll fix it
Defects are found and remedial work is required. We quote it clearly, carry it out, then re-inspect and issue a satisfactory certificate.
Required for every type of London landlord
Whether you hold one flat or a portfolio of fifty, we schedule, inspect and certify around your tenants.
Private landlords
Required every 5 years or at change of tenancy. Applies to all private rented properties in England.
HMO landlords
Required under HMO licensing — often every 5 years or sooner depending on your local authority's conditions.
Portfolio landlords & property managers
We schedule and manage EICR inspections across a full portfolio, issue certificates, and flag remedial works in one place.
Commercial landlords
Periodic inspection based on installation type and use. We advise on the right intervals and work around your tenants.
